The Gardens plaza


 Omega Real Estate Management Group (“Omega”) acquired the 30,800 sqft land adjacent to the iconic Frank Lloyd Wright inspired office complex located at 1111 NE 125th St. in North Miami, FL. Omega will implement an 11,000 SQFT ground-up steel glass center that will introduce two full-service restaurants with full alcohol licenses, three limited service restaurants, and a couple of service-driven concepts. In addition, the three parcels will be interconnected via walking paths and a paver system to encourage and promote walkability through all the properties in the Gardens District.
